Amster Trading Company on 1/3/05 received a trust distribution in-kind of 19,900 shares of AMNET Mortgage Inc. common shares from the Amster Trading Company Charitable Unitrust reducing the unitrust holdings in AMNET Mortgage, Inc. to zero.
